1 Performance Assessment: (Exercise - Day 1 | Day 50) The workout has modifiers to get around them which I did for the first week and a half but it makes a world of a difference with them. I highly recommend anyone that is going to do this program to get some resistance bands for your arms and legs. But other than this workout, there really wasn't another one that I disliked. The jacks at the beginning seemed long and drawn out and the swimming excercises always made me feel uncomfortable. I didn't find it very difficult, I just got really board with that workout. My least favorite workout was BAck and 6-Pack. Again, I never really was much of a weights kind of a guy but I realized I loved the feeling whenever I was done with these two workouts. Upper Elite was another one of my favorites. At first, that jump was pretty drastic and had to go back down every once in a while but by the end I was using the heavier weights at all times. This was a workout that usually kicked my butt, but I loved the workout and loved how it made me feel afterwards.Halfway through the schedule I realized that the weight I was using wasn't challenging me enough so I decided to just up another 10 lbs. One of my favorite workouts of the whole program was Strength from Vol.1. I have never been much of a weight lifter and I found that to be the most exciting thing about this program.I feel like I am in better shape but I also feel stronger. The main thing that I liked about Asylum the most was the muscle building aspect of it. I thought Asylum was a lot of fun! I will say that I thought it was more fun than Insanity and I feel great after completing it. 2 hybrid schedule that also had a little Insanity mixed in, and wanted to share my results and some thoughts I had on the program.I did complete a round of Insanity before this and now plan to move onto P90x.
